Note to readers:

Thank y'all for visiting, although our blog is now discontinued, it's not too far fetched to expect another blog from either Kate or I in the next year or two. Until then, happy downloading!

If you have any questions or if there's an album on here that you can't find anywhere else and you've GOT to have it, send me an email at Kingsofsquidma@Gmail.com

Blues By Five

I'm sorry to announce that all albums associated with Ramseur Records have been requested removed by both the label as well as a concerned citizen who I'm not exactly sure contacted Ramseur, but I'm assuming did.

I want to be straight with you all, it takes one very simple email addressed to my inbox to remove any album. I don't need you to tell me why, just ask me and it's gone. I love the Avett Brothers, and as it looks right now, I'll be seeing them four or five times this summer. Please, go out and support these bands, buy their albums, buy their shirts, buy tickets to their concerts, buy them drinks, I'm trying to say I obviously know what I'm doing isn't on the straight and narrow, but I put this stuff up because I want more people to come to shows of bands that deserve more fans.

It's probably not the right way to go about it, but that's what this is, a music blog.

You can take it or you can leave it.

P.S. I am in no way aggravated with Ramseur Records in any way, the matter was handled very politely and I must say, it's one hell of a label- be sure to check out all their artists and stuff online at their website.

Sorry

At the current time, Kate and I have a whole lot on our plate as the semester closes. This having been the case for a while, we both have to bring our studies to the forefront of tasks. However, because I've put too much into this blog over the past year or so, I refuse to let it die off, and will be making an extra effort this weekend and onwards to post at least two or three albums a week.

I'm sorry about the downtime lately, but I appreciate the support and interest in the blog by our visitors.

My windows computer is having some serious issues with reading the file formatting on my hard drive, so most of the albums I've downloaded in the past few months are all unreachable at the time. I hope to have this fixed sometime soon, but in the meantime, I'll try to post albums I consider classics that I have on my macbook.
