Hey y'all. Still completely and totally unable to upload albums from my current location, so I'll still have to go through a somewhat complex system of sending albums to be uploaded to Kate for uploading. This next week or so should see the uploads of these albums, as long as everything turns out right:
Carissa's Weird- You Should Be At Home Here
Ghosts & Vodka- Addicts and Drunks
Santo & Jonny- S/T
Bound Stems- the Family Afloat
Motorpsycho- It's A Love Cult
Brightblack Morning Light- Motion To Rejoin
P.S. In the near future, expect changes from this sort of folk/country/rock/americana thing to things unexpected. Don't be surprised to see M. Ravel, Moondog, Django, Kool, Ibrahim, Ravi, J Dilla, Jim O Rourke, Buell Kazee, Lee Perry, Black Flag, Lil' Wayne, Reich, Talk Talk, or even Justin Timberlake. Life is too short to choose one genre of music per era of your life. The artifice of 'maistream' 'alternative' and 'cool' are what keeps the greatest of musics from rising above.
